1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or buying from Liberty Gold Silver, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Pricing and Payment
Prices for precious metals rest on the live spot price plus a premium. Prices lock at the time of order confirmation. Payment must follow the steps shown on your invoice. We take bank wire, check, and ACH transfer.
3. Order Cancellation and Market Loss
Once an order is confirmed and the price is locked, we buy the metal on your behalf. If you cancel after the price lock, you may owe any market loss if the metal price has dropped. We hold this rule because we buy the metal the moment your order locks in.
4. Delivery
All orders ship with an insured carrier. An adult must sign at the door. Risk of loss passes to you when you take the box. Delivery times shift with payment method and stock on hand.
5. Returns and Refunds
Because metal prices move by the hour, returns are handled one at a time. Reach us within 24 hours of getting your order if anything is wrong. Items must come back in their original shape with all wrapping.
6. Limitation of Liability
Liberty Gold Silver is not on the hook for market swings, carrier delays, or things beyond our grip. Our liability stops at the purchase price of your metals.
7. Governing Law
These terms fall under the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes will be settled in Wyoming courts.
