Pricing and payment.
Prices for precious metals rest on the live spot price plus a premium. Prices lock at the time of order confirmation. Payment must follow the steps shown on your invoice.
Order cancellation and market loss.
Once an order is confirmed and the price is locked, we buy the metal on your behalf. If you cancel after the price lock, you may owe any market loss if the metal price has dropped.
Delivery.
All orders ship with an insured carrier. An adult must sign at the door. Risk of loss passes to you when you take the box. Delivery times shift with payment method and inventory.
Returns and refunds.
Because metal prices move by the hour, returns are handled one at a time. Reach us within 24 hours of receiving your order if anything is wrong.
Limitation of liability.
Liberty Gold Silver is not liable for market swings, carrier delays, or events beyond our control. Our liability stops at the purchase price of your metals. For market and counterparty risk, read our risk disclosures.
Governing law.
