1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or purchasing from Liberty Gold Silver, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Pricing and Payment
Prices for precious metals are based on the current market spot price plus a premium. Prices are locked at the time of order confirmation. Payment must be made according to the instructions provided on your invoice. Accepted payment methods include bank wire, check, and ACH transfer.
3. Order Cancellation and Market Loss
Once an order is confirmed and price is locked, the metal is purchased on your behalf. If you cancel an order after price lock, you may be responsible for any market loss incurred if the metal price has decreased. This policy exists because we purchase metal at the time of your order confirmation.
4. Delivery
All orders are shipped via insured carrier with signature required upon delivery. Risk of loss transfers to you upon receipt. Delivery timeframes vary based on payment method and product availability.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of precious metals pricing, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there are any issues. Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging.
6. Limitation of Liability
Liberty Gold Silver is not responsible for market fluctuations, delivery delays caused by carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
