How Transactions Work

A defined sequence from inquiry through fulfillment.

Each transaction is based on the ownership structure, available products, current pricing, payment confirmation, and an authorized delivery or storage destination.

Step 1

Define the transaction path

Step 2

Review and authorize terms

Step 3

Settle and fulfill

01

Initial discussion

The client explains the intended account or ownership structure, approximate transaction requirements, timing, and custody preference.

Liberty identifies information needed to prepare an appropriate transaction proposal. No sensitive account numbers, tax IDs, passwords, or identity documents should be submitted through the general contact form.

02

Product and terms

Liberty confirms product availability and provides the proposed products, quantities, pricing, payment instructions, and destination requirements.

Because metals markets and inventory change, quotes may be time-limited and are not final until accepted under the stated terms.

03

Client authorization

The client reviews the written details, asks questions, and authorizes the transaction through the specified process.

IRA transactions may also require custodian authorization and account-specific documentation.

04

Payment and settlement

Payment must be received and confirmed under the applicable instructions before metal is released. IRA funds generally move through the custodian.

Payment method, clearing time, and any applicable fees are identified for the transaction.

05

Delivery or depository receipt

Direct purchases are shipped to the authorized address or storage provider. IRA purchases are delivered to the custodian-approved depository.

Tracking, confirmation, or depository records are provided according to the fulfillment path and third-party procedures.
