Liberty Gold Silver is a precious metals dealer organised around a short, old-fashioned idea: that a client is owed a written record of what's been agreed, before any money changes hands. Not a showroom, not a call-centre — a small firm that takes one phone call at a time and follows it with a letter.
The firm is registered in Wyoming and serves households across the fifty states. There's no retail counter to visit, and there never has been. Every conversation begins on a phone line and ends in a document. Between those two events, we do the work a steward does — we listen, we think, we put the numbers down on paper, and we leave the decision with the client, for as long as the client needs to make it.
We don't keep a trading book against our clients, don't run house positions, and don't borrow metal from one account to deliver to another. The firm exists to move metal, under written terms, from where it is to where it belongs.
Most of the people we speak with aren't suspicious of the financial system. They've prospered inside it, and they understand how it works. What they want is a small, uncorrelated corner of their balance sheet that answers to nothing and no one — a safeguard, in the old sense, against the kinds of events that show up on the front page without warning.
We're not here to talk anyone into that safeguard. If a client shows up wanting to speculate on a short-term move in the metal price, we're the wrong firm. But if a client wants to keep a portion of a household’s wealth in physical form, on a ten-year horizon, under a title they can read — that's what the desk is for.
We're not a brokerage. We don't hold client funds on deposit and we don't route orders through a clearinghouse we own.
If a precious metals IRA belongs in your plan, you should hear that from your own accountant first — we're dealers, not tax advisors.
Who picks up the phone? Kelvin, or one of the two people who've been at his side for a decade. There's no bot, no script, no queue.
The Wyoming address on our filings is a legal and mailing address, not a retail counter. The firm is phone-first and letter-first, by design.
And we don't rush. If you need a day, take a day. If you need a month, take a month. The metal will still be there.
The house doesn't carry numismatic or “proof” coins with inflated premiums, doesn't place outbound calls to sell anything, and won't take an order it hasn't first put in writing. Stock tips, macro forecasts, timing calls — the metal doesn't need them, and neither, usually, does the client.
Liberty Gold Silver LLC isn't affiliated with any businesses of similar name, including “Liberty Coin & Gold” of Portland, Oregon, or any outfit trading as “Liberty Gold and Silver” (with “and”). We're a standalone Wyoming company.
